REFUND POLICY<\/p>

The policy of HOTSHOTS YOUTH SPORTS is to issue no refunds after the opening day of each session. Refunds for the 2025-2026 season must be requested by:<\/p>

Session One: Friday, October 17, 2025<\/p>

Session Two: Friday, January 16, 2026<\/p>

Session Three: Friday, March 13, 2026<\/p>

A $15 processing fee will be deducted from ALL requested refunds.<\/p>

HOTSHOTS YOUTH SPORTS only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. HOTSHOTS YOUTH SPORTS handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.<\/p>
